People in-the-know are fully aware that the "You-Know-Who" (the "Dark Lord" for you meanies) is well on his way to making his way back into the public eye. Unlike most of us who sit around and do nothing, the fine people of the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa, WI. have decided to take the fight to him instead of waiting for him to make his move. They're spreading the word of his imminent, and disastrous, return.
